We offer a complete sealed crawl space with dehumidification as needed. We cover the floor of your crawl space with a 10 mil vapor barrier to eliminate ground moisture infiltration into your home. Crawl space walls and all piers are sealed with closed cell foam, leaving a 3” gap for termite inspection. External ventilation is required for combustion devices located in a sealed crawl space.
